A warranty can be claimed with the following items:
- A warranty claim form filled out with the correct information
- A photo of the inverter serial number (found on the side of the unit)
- A photo of the wi-fi stick serial number (found on the back of the wi-fi stick)
- A copy of the installation certificate showing the installation date
Please scan the QR code below, fill out the warranty claim form and we will be in touch with you via email.
If you prefer, you can also call us onsite on (03) 6361 0000 and provide all the information needed for the warranty claim over the phone.
If you call us at the office, we can send you the warranty claim email to start the process. If you haven't been to site for preliminary troubleshooting and inspection, please organise this.
You can also email us on inverter.au@csisolar.com. You will need to provide:
- A photo of the inverter serial number (found on the side of the unit)
- A photo of the wi-fi stick serial number (found on the back of the wi-fi stick)
- A copy of the installation certificate showing the installation date
Please note, a preliminary site inspection and testing results may be required to fill out the warranty claim form.
