Please note that the initial wi-fi set up should be done by your installer after system installation. For any technical queries, please always make your installer the first point of contact.
Only 2.4Ghz wi-fi is supported.
For Gen3 Inverters
- Ensure your smart device (iPhone, iPad, laptop etc) is always connecting to the desired wi-fi network. Go to CSI Cloud App
and click Check the plant
2. Click on the top righthand corner and go to Device Details
3. Select Logger and it shows offline with no surprise! Click on Device networking
4. Press the button of the wi-fi logger for one second, then release and the NET light should start flashing. When it does, click Completed, entering next step
5. In real cases, the local wi-fi name will be populated automatically as long as your smart device is connecting to it. Once you have entered the wi-fi password, click Start rapid configuration, meaning start wi-fi connection
